The working process

Work piece blasting process:

Feeding in feeding mechanism - >enter the chamber - > shot blasting treatment (work piece moving forward while rotating) - > moving out of the chamber - > unloading material - > blanking holder.

Shot circulation process: shot stored > flow control > blasting artifacts > bucket elevator vertically uplifting > shot separation

Applicable ro pipe which diameter is more than 600 mm, the pipe inner surface shot blasting machine, new-kind cleaning equipment, possesses strong processing capacity. It can choose different shot blasting equipment according to different pipe diameter; and the impeller head adopts hydraulic motor drive. The equipment adopts the automatic shot blasting to remove surface rust. The high-speed projectile flow shot by efficient impeller head hit the inner surface scale, rust layer and sundries, obtains smooth surface and improves the tensile and compressive strength. The increase adhesive force of inner coating or other coating bonding will protect pipes, prevent corrosion and prolong the service life of steel pipe. After cleaning the surface of the work piece, the surface roughness is in accordance with relevant standards.
